Moneyspeaks is an exploration of the value of time and the idea of using each moment. Eight motivational mantras about the use of time were screenprinted onto dollar bills, which were then released into circulation. Large prints of the same designs were also created and exhibited in Portland, Oregon.

My intent with this project is to encourage people to recognize how valuable their time is, and use it in the best way possible, whatever that may be.

If you received a bill, let me know! I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the project and what the bill you have means to you. I'd also like to know where you received it. There is an interactive map under "Where have the bills been?" where you can place a marker and leave comments. I hope that if you were inspired by the bill, you will pass it on to someone new.
